Kathy (Office Manager)

Kathy has been with Bartels Busack Pet Clinic for over 20 years. She has a basset hound named Lou Lou.

Sharon (Customer Care Representative)

Sharon has been with Bartels-Busack Pet Clinic for over 20 years. She has two Old English Mastiffs and two cats. You may recognize her from the front desk or answering the phones. She takes a serious interest in customer serviceand loves spending time camping and motorcycling.

Matt (Resort & Spa Manager/IT)

Matt has been with Bartels Busack Pet Hospital Resort & Spa since August of 2006. He studied Microbiology at Miami University. He is Dr. Busack's son and loves spending time with the family's 2 cairn terriers, Dexter and Lexi. Matt fills multiple roles around the clinic, including: Receptionist, Veterinary Assistant, IT and Resort & Spa Management.

Samantha has been with Bartels Busack Pet Hospital Resort & Spa since August of 2008. She is an avid lover of Bully Breeds and enjoys spending time with her Cat Dweeb & her Dog Greta.

Lisa (Veterinary Assistant)

Lisa has been with Bartels Busack Pet Hospital for 4 years now. She is married with two beautiful girls, Danielle and  Jordan. She has two wonderfuld dogs as well, Barney a 10 year old Bassett Hound and a 6 month old Bloodhound puppy.

Tina (Customer Care Representative)

Tina has been with Bartels Busack Pet Hospital Resort & Spa since 2005. She has a love for Chihuahuas and has one of her own named Reckless. Tina works in the resort and spa. She also helps stray kittens find homes and fosters chihuahuas that do not have homes.

Rachel M., RVT (Technician)

Rachel has been with Bartels Busack Pet Hospital since June of 2008. She graduated from Stautzenberger College witha  degree in Veterinary Technology and is a registered veterinary technician. She has one cat named Soleil. She enjoys spending her free time outdoors and playing with her daughter, Payton.

Jennifer (Veterinary Assistant)

Jen has been working at Bartels Busack Pet Hospital since January of 2008. She has 2 daughters, 3 puggles, 1 beagle and 9 cats. When she is not running around chasing her daughters, cats and dogs, she spends her free time finishing her degree at Tri-C.

Tracy (Groomer)

Tracy has been with Bartels Busack Pet Hospital Resort & Spa since February of 2007. She has been married for 16 years and have 4 children. She also has 2 dogs; Stash a St. Bernard and Comet a mixed breed. She has been grooming for 13 years and can groom dogs, cats and rabbits. Tracy also specializes in grooming animals with behavioral issues.

CJ (Customer Care Representative)

CJ loves early morning walks or afternoon bike rides in the Metro Parks with her 2 dogs, Leia and Sugar. You might speak with CJ over the phone or in person at the reception desk; she started working at the hospital in 2009 when the new building opened.

Cindy (Customer Care Representative)

Cindy has fostered many cats and dogs over the years and is an avid supporter of many animal support and rescue groups. She enjoys walks with her 3 dogs, Sapphire, V-Rod and Sir Bentley, and cuddling with her cat, Pumpkin. Cindy is a friendly voice over the phone and a smiling face behind the reception desk. She has been with the hospital since the new building opened in 2009

Joseph (Veterinary Assistant)

Joseph is a veterinary assistant and has been with Bartels and Busack Pet Hospital since March of 2009.  In his free time, he enjoys walking his border collie mix Eko (pronounced "Echo") through the streets of Euclid and the various parks in Northeastern Ohio, caring for his exotic pets, watching the Cavaliers pursue the City of Cleveland’s first professional sports championship and listening to varieties of music.  For the past 4 years, he has also been in pursuit of his own professional athletic career in the growing sport of disc golf.

Rachel is a registered veterinary technician and has been working at Bartels Busack Pet Hospital Resort & Spa for 1 year. She enjoys reading, spending time with her family and her 3 year old Newfoundland, Yogi.

Angela has been with Bartels Busack Pet Hospital Resort & Spa since July of 2009. She has 10 cats and 2 dogs. Angela is very active in rescue groups and she pays particular attention to Pit Bull rescues.
