Policies 
  • Payment is expected at the time services are completed.
    • We accept: MasterCard, Visa, Care Credit, Discover, Check and Cash
    • We encourage all of our clients to get pet health insurance as a reasonable way to provide for your pets medical care.

     

  • All pets entering the hospital need to be on a leash or in a pet carrier.

     

  • Any pet staying overnight at the hospital must be current on their vaccinations as required in our Boarding Policy.

     

  • Clients need to inform the front desk, before they bring their pet into the hospital, if their pet is ill with a contagious respiratory or intestinal disorder.  A technician will have them immediately in an exam room, to prevent exposure of other pets to contagious disease.

     

  • Emergencies: In the event of an emergency, please try to call the office so we know you are coming, so the doctors and staff are prepared to assist you immediately. Emergencies are seen based on severity.
