Our facility has a number of unique features, including:

• A ventilation system in which the entire air is re-circulated every hour, to prevent the spread of airborne disease. This system is so specific that air is brought from above the pet and is re-circulated through 4 vents so there is no air transmitted between pets.
• We have an epoxy sealed floor that is impregnated with a disinfectant that will kill germs on contact. Since all surfaces are sealed, there are no areas where dirt and germs can accumulate in the kennel.
• We have 3 outdoor fenced exercise yards that are both monitored by a camera and by an individual patient care specialist. So all pets are under close supervision. Two of the exercise yards have a specialized artificial grass which is antibacterial and flushes waste away from the pet.
• All hotel guests are given a cushioned dog bed to rest on.
• All guests are walked 3 times a day.
• Guests are provided soothing music.
• 2 feedings daily.
• Fresh water is always available.
• Climate controlled to keep all pets comfortable.
