Hotel Arrangements

Please request all boarding appointments at least 2 weeks in advance. If a stay at Bartels Busack Pet Resort and Spa required sooner than 2 weeks please call the facility for an immediate response to your request.

Please fax or e-mail pet records, have our boarding agreement, pet profile and house rules at least 3 days before your stay at the facility to ensure that your check in is quick and convenient.

*A credit card number is required to reserve a room. A representative of Bartels Busack Pet Resort and Spa will call you for your credit card number, please do not enter any credit card information on the web request.
