Who is AAHA?
AAHA was founded in 1933 and is the only association that provides voluntary accreditation to companion animal hospitals. We are one of approximately 3,200 veterinary hospitals (that's only 15% of vet practices) in the United States and Canada that are AAHA-accredited and have made a commitment to meeting the highest standards of veterinary care. To maintain our accredited status and to make sure we are keeping up with the industry updates, we are re-evaluated every three years. We have been accredited since 1987.
